Dark Compound Coating Easimelt. An all round dark coating with a pleasant cocoa taste, well balanced in sweetness and bitterness. With this dark coating there is no need to temper: simply melt, apply and cool directly. The end result looks like chocolate and has a chocolate taste: almost as intense and with a hard chocolate-like crack.
